Here's a list of our awesome products and what they cost.
A) Our first product is the $77 Forecast Analysis. This is where we provide you with a two (2) page, professional analysis of your credit, complete with your specific credit scores - from on-line reporting services. Next, we tell you what we see in your reports. Remember we deal with all three major reporting bureaus. You will have the confidence that we leave nothing for chance. For you, it means that no matter which of the three (3) reports is accessed by a new creditor, each one will be given equal justice, allowing you to know that the job was completely done.
- We give you a specific example* of what to do to get your scores up within the next cycle period. The reporting cycle is generally every 30 days; we always allow up to six (6) six weeks to be on the safe side. With everything being credit score driven, this product we offer is no doubt the most important item out there. Credit scores have become crucial in virtually every aspect of our lives. Think about it - credit is being checked in order to get a job, a vehicle, a house, furniture, appliances--everything. What we do is tell you how to gain points in your credit scores within that one cycle. To our knowledge, no one else in the entire country does what we do in this type of easy to understand format.
*For people with good credit, we tell you exactly what to do, as opposed to giving you one or two examples. We are extremely specific, providing you with the exact minimum amounts you may need to pay certain creditors in order to achieve a desired number of points.
B) Our second product is referred to as “Credit Clean-Up" offered for only $377 (less the $77, if you order a forecast analysis). Here's what we do. Over seventy-nine percent (79%) of all credit reports contain errors in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). When we spot an error, we note it, and then we send letters to the credit bureaus explaining how and why that item is being reported in violation of the FCRA. This process is called a re-investigation. We couple this process with talking to you and gaining an understanding as to other mistakes that may not be apparent from the report itself. Generally, the credit bureaus have thirty (30) days from receipt of your request to contact those creditors or check those public records and report those findings back to you. We ask that you get in touch with us no later than ten (10) days of receipt of any correspondence relating to this process.
**Note: A second round of correspondence may well be necessary in some cases. This process involves us writing back to the bureaus and forcing them to give us a complete detailed explanation as to how an item was verified as accurate in the first place. Armed with these responses, we can then determine whether or not a third round of letters, usually sent certified mail, return receipt requested, is necessary. Response times in second round is usually about thirty (30) days, and two (2) weeks on certified letters.
C) Thirdly, we offer "debt solutions," a process whereby we contact your creditors (with your permission of course) and negotiate directly with them on your behalf in order to "settle" the debt you owe. It's probably wrong, but the truth is that 3rd party intervention saves you much more money than you can save on your own. Our fee for this service is ten percent (10%) of what we save you.
D) Next, we offer a service known as rapid re-score or expedited credit bureau updates. What happens is that you need your scores to be updated immediately as opposed to having to wait for the next reporting cycle (to the credit bureaus), which could take thirty (30) days or longer. For a fee of $40 per item, per bureau, your scores can be updated within 5-7 business days. The key is to provide us with the necessary information needed in order to raise you scores. For example, let's say we find you 47 points if you will pay down on one of your credit cards by $600.00. We would need to have the most recent copy of your account statement showing a portion of your account number, the amount you paid, and the current balance in order to rapid re-score that item.
E) Finally, we offer inquiry removal. Yes, it is true that excess inquiries can reduce your credit scores. We can safely and legally remove these excess inquiries from your credit report. For example, a client went to a car lot to buy a used vehicle. Their credit wasn't very good; therefore, they knew it might be difficult. They signed a form authorizing the dealership to access their credit in an attempt to find financing. They don't, so, the client goes to another car lot, which does the same thing. The client then, receives 20 turn-down letters from every company from A to Z. Their permission never extended that far. The car lots have an obligation to send a credit application to lenders with a reasonable opportunity of obtaining financing. They don't have permission to send it around the world! As a result, the client's credit score was negatively affected by all the inquiries.
